And even though this particular habit has been somewhat lost over the years, here are still some men who love to do it. But, which fabric to choose? Below we will try to give you some useful advice.

Actually, this is not the case at all, especially when it comes to suits made to measure by a professional tailor. And so knowing which ones are on the market and being able to distinguish quality ones from more ordinary fabrics is very important.

If the desire is to have a quality suit made using fabrics of a certain prestige here then the choice may fall on three fabrics made from natural fibers. The first is wool that can be used for making formal but also more casual suits. This fabric is really one of the best both for its shape but also for its resistance to time. The second is then cotton, a fabric especially chosen for making clothes for the summer season. In fact, cotton is a light fabric that can guarantee freshness. In addition, being a fabric, as mentioned earlier, light is to be considered perfect for all men who for work are forced to travel a lot. In fact, thanks to their lightness, cotton clothes take up little space in the suitcase. Finally, the third fabric made from natural fibers that deserves to be mentioned is the very famous cashmere. One of the most important and most valuable fabrics ideal for any season, and therefore for the colder months but also for the warmer ones. This fabric, given its quality, is to be preferred for making clothes for important occasions such as a reception.
It should be pointed out that in addition to these there are other fabrics on the market that are considered suitable for making men’s suits. These are, for example, grisaille, Prince of Wales, pinstripes, etc.
Of course, it should be noted that fabrics, depending on their importance and therefore also quality, have different costs. So the choice of fabric should also depend on the budget available. In general it is possible to say that the most expensive fabrics are silk and cashmere followed then by wool or 100% cotton. Finally, costing less are clothes made from mixed-fiber fabrics.
How to choose the right color
In addition to the fabric when you want to have a tailored suit made by a professional, you also need to know how to choose the right color. Usually men’s suits can be either plain, and in these cases the most popular colors are blue and black. Or also popular are patterned suits or jackets such as the previously mentioned Prince of Wales.
Obviously certain colors are considered more or less suitable for a season or event. For example, for the making of winter clothes in addition to the two colors mentioned above, brown is also very popular. But in recent years has also grown so much, among men, the fashion of wearing clothes characterized by neutral tones. These are also very elegant and perfect for any occasion.
