Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and complete with tags, labels, and original packaging.
Exchanges in Italy
Exchanges are free. For outlet or promotional products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns with Refund
Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
The following will be deducted from the refund:

€8 for orders from Italy

€25 for orders from Europe
For EU and Extra-EU orders, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the value of the items will be refunded.
How to Request a Return
Log in to My Account > My Orders > Return, select the items and the reason for the return, then submit the request.

Once initiated, the return procedure cannot be cancelled.
Exceptions
- Swimwear: complete with hygienic sticker
- Underwear: not returnable or exchangeable
- Accessories: with complete original packaging
- Perfumes: in original sealed packaging
Refund Times
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10-14 days, depending on the banking institution's processing times.
