Can I return a product?

Yes. European regulations state that for a product purchased outside of a store (online, by phone, or by mail order) you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Please note: Before making a return, make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

Is there anything to pay to request a return?

Yes. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to our store.

In case of replacement in Italy you do not pay anything. In case of return with refund will be deducted from the order 8€ ( orders from Italy ) for the costs incurred by us in shipping, packaging and commissions.

For orders from Europe, the cost that will be deducted from the refund is €25

All orders in EU and Extra EU areas all shipping is paid by the customer.

What is the time period to be able to make a return?

The deadline for returns of a product is 14 days from receipt.
It is not possible to cancel an order being shipped.
Carillo Moda reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent out of time, or garments that are not delivered in the same condition in which they were received.
All shipping charges are non-refundable, only the value of the items will be refunded.

How can I make a return?

  1. Log in to My Account > My Orders > Return (under the order to be returned);
  2. From the drop-down menu, choose the item to be returned;
  3. Indicates the Reason for return;
  4. Click Add Item to Return, to add more products to return;
  5. Once completed, press Submit;

Can I decide to keep the item after requesting a return online?

No. Once you start the return process, you cannot suspend it.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as they are in the same condition as you received them, with all inner labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

Consider the following exceptions:

  • Swimsuits: must include hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear: neither exchange nor return of underwear items will be possible.
  • Accessories: must be returned with complete original packaging.
  • Perfumes: must be returned in the initial sealed package.

When will I receive the repayment amount?

You will receive the amount with the same payment method used at the time of purchase within about 10-14 days depending on the banking institution.

Is there anything to pay to replace or return outlet or promo garments?

For outlet or promo items, return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
